Fermanagh full-back Ché Cullen has reportedly quashed rumours that he is set to spend the year travelling abroad.

There has been speculation in recent weeks that Cullen would not be an option for Rory Gallagher this season, depriving the new manager of one of the county's best defensive options.

However, according to a report in today's Irish News, the Belnaleck clubman has confirmed that he will be a part of the Ernesiders' squad for 2018.

It comes as a huge boost for Gallagher who got his reign off to a winning start last night against Monaghan at Brewster Park in the opening round of the Dr McKenna Cup.
