Shamrock Rovers have made a generous offer to sport loving senators Michelle Mulherin and Catherine Noone.

The Fine Gael duo hit the headlines last week after their requests for All-Ireland SFC final tickets were turned down by the GAA

Mulherin described the snub as "clear discrimination" against senators after the GAA explained that only TDs from competing counties were eligible for tickets.

Shamrock Rovers have responded by extending a 'special invitation' for all senators and TDs to attend their Airtricity League clash with Galway this Friday.

And the tickets are 'FREE'!
