Bruce Springsteen's Dublin stop on his European tour this May looks set to see some Leinster championship games rescheduled this summer.

Springsteen and the E Street Band will play at Croke Park on Friday 27 May, with potentially two more dates on the Saturday and Sunday.

The Sunday sees Wexford and Kildare set to face off in the quarter-finals of senior football championship with Wexford hurlers pencilled against Dublin as a double-header for the Slayneysiders.

Those games are now expected to be re-fixed, with a May 22 date looking most likely.

The winners from the Dublin-Wexford clash are in line to meet All-Ireland champions Kilkenny in the last four of the province on June 11, while the team that emerges from the Kildare-Wexford tie will take on either Longford/Offaly/Westmeath in the football semi-final on June 26.
