This Saturday (November 21st) see's arguably the two best minor club teams in Leinster do battle for the coveted Ger Hosey cup in the final of the Carlow District Credit Union sponsored Éire Óg Leinster Minor Club tournament. Offaly's Ferbane/Belmont are trying to create history by not only being the first team to win the title for a second time since its inauguration in 2003 but also to retain the Leinster crown they won in 2014 by defeating Louth champions Newtown Blues. This year's final sees them face Dublin kingpins Ballymun Kickhams. Fresh from completing the double (winning the MFL) in Dublin last week and defeating Meath's Summerhill midweek in the semi-final of this tournament, they come into the final full of confidence.  Throw in is 2.00pm in Pairc UÍ Bhríain (Éire Óg) and an epic battle is forecasted with admission only €3.
