Dubs make one change for clash with Cork -

Reigning champions Dublin have announced their starting fifteen for this Sunday's U21 All Ireland final clash with Cork.

Goal keeper Ciara Trant who had picked up a slight ankle injury ahead of the Cork round robin game on June 7th last resumes her position between the posts with Emer Ní Eafa making way for the St Brigid's keeper to return.

Dublin has maintained a consistent set up throughout their 2015 campaign applying a high work ethic in all of their games.  Dublin's defence have been in exceptional form an indication of their dominance in this sector can be measured in the fact that the Dubs have yet to concede a goal. 

2014 All Star nominee Leah Caffrey along with fellow defenders Martha Byrne and Deidre Murphy have been rock solid for the Dubs in this campaign.

At midfield both Sarah McCaffrey and Molly Lamb had created a formidable partnership with Lamb taking up a more defensive position allowing the roaming McCaffrey to link up with her inside forward line. The Trinity College student's incursion into the forward line has seen just rewards with McCaffrey registering 1-04 from play in just two outings for the Dubs.

Forwards Siobhan Woods and Niamh Rickard have also shown well on the score board for Dublin in this campaign while captain Carla Rowe leads the way for the blues on the score sheet as the Naul native is the Dubs top scorer to date having bagged an impressive 2-06.

Dublin and Cork are without question the top two Counties in Ladies football at the moment with a number of players from both sides quite familiar with each other having met on a number of previous occasions in the past in championship clashes.

Midfielder Molly Lamb said earlier in the week that "Preparations have gone really well we had a week of hard training last week and have worked on all aspects of our game, we are under no illusions of how good this Cork team are, so we are making sure we are properly prepared for Sunday's game. We have also had a couple of really good challenge games over the last couple of weeks."

Sunday's game has all the makings of another Dublin v Cork classic proceedings get underway at 1.30pm in McDonagh Park, Nenagh.
