Alan Brogan is expected to make his first appearance of the season for Dublin in next Sunday's SF challenge against Galway.

Brogan recently ended months of speculation about his inter-county future by returning to Dublin fold, and manager Jim Gavin confirmed after yesterday's Allianz League semi-final win over Monaghan that he will more than likely feature in the challenge against the Tribesmen at Skerries.

The game, which gets underway at 2pm, will mark the official opening of Skerries Harps' new clubhouse. Admission is by ticket only with adult tickets costing €10 and U16 tickets free. U16s must be accompanied by an adult when receiving their ticket.

With the Allianz League final against Cork taking place the following Sunday, Gavin is expected to give a number of fringe players a run next weekend.
