Midfielder Cian O'Sullivan will be given until Friday night to prove his fitness ahead of Dublin's league clash against Kerry - but Paul Flynn remains sidelined.

The Irish Daily Star reports that Kilmacud Crokes clubman O'Sullivan, who has been struggling with a hip injury since the end of last year, will undergo a fitness test at training on Friday.

The clash against the All-Ireland champions will come too soon for Flynn who has yet to return to the playing field following groin surgery.

Meanwhile, there is still no white smoke regarding Alan Brogan's inter-county future.
