October County Board Meeting:

A meeting of the Dublin LGFA will take place on Tuesday October 21st at 7.30pm sharp in Parnell Park all clubs are requested to have a delegate in attendance. The minutes and agenda of the meeting will be circulated in advance to all clubs.

TESCO Homegrown Leinster Club Championships:

Congratulations to Na Fianna on their 2-15 to 0-7 win over Seneschalstown of Meath in the Leinster club semi-final. Na Fianna will now meet Laois champions Sarsfields in the Leinster final on November 2nd with venue / time still to be confirmed.

 

This Sunday Kilmacud Crokes will face Kildare champions, Sarsfields in the Leinster Intermediate club championship final. The game will now take place in Coralstown / Kinnegad GAA club with a throw in time of 3.15pm. Best wishes to all the girls and their management team.

 

Juvenile Finals:

A big thank you to those clubs who hosted our juvenile finals last weekend with over 40 competitions down for decision your support and assistance was greatly appreciated by all the teams concerned and indeed the County Board.

Return of Cups / Trophies:

Some silverware has still to be returned to the County Board can clubs who have items from last season please organise their return either to the office in Le Cheile or at this month's County Board meeting.

 

TG4 All Stars Awards Banquet:

Tickets are now available to purchase for the 2014 All Stars Banquet the event takes place in City West Hotel on November 8th. Tickets cost €80 each please contact the LGFA office in Croke Park Tel: 01/8363156 or email: [email protected]

(Dress code is strictly black tie).

 

Gaelic4Mothers & Others:

Congratulations and well done to all the Gaelic4Mothers & Others teams who took part in the annual blitz last Saturday in Portmarnock and Malahide. The Dublin clubs who taking part were Ballymun Kickhams, Erin's Isle, Fingallians, Foxrock Cabinteely, Kilmacud Crokes, Man O War, Naomh Mearnog, Round Towers, St Oliver Plunketts, St. Brigids,  St. Finian's, St. Maurs, St. Peregrines, Stars of Erin, Thomas Davis and Whitehall Colmcille.
