The Under 8s are in blitz action at home on Saturday morning. Games start at 9.30am. All players to meet at St Johns at 9.10am. The earlier start time is due to Down's All-Ireland Qualifier which is being played in Newry on Saturday afternoon.

St Johns are hosting the Kelloggs Cúl and Nursery Camp from 22 to 26 August 2016. Kellogg's GAA Cúl Camps provide boys and girls - between the ages of 6 and 13 - with an action-packed and fun-filled week of activity during the summer holidays which revolves around maximising enjoyment and sustaining participant involvement in Gaelic Games.
Nursery Camp is for children commencing P2 and P3. Cost is £25.00 per child. Children starting P1 are not eligible for enrolment. This camp runs from 10.00am to 12.30pm.
Please note, Nursery Camp applications must not be completed online as the Nursery Camp is not a national camp so therefore you will pay more!
Cúl Camp is for all children commencing P4 up to the age of 13. The cost is £40.00. Concessions are available for additional family members for cúl camp. The camp runs from 10 am to 2.30pm
All children attending the camps will receive the new Cúl Camp Kit for 2016 - They will love this!

Online Applications can be accessed now at www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie. We encourage you to complete online as this helps greatly in the ordering of the kits. We have been advised by the County Board that those applicants registered online will be guaranteed kits in the unlikely event of kit shortages.
Please note: The Online Booking facility closes at noon on the Friday preceding the week of the camps.
There will also be a registration evening at the club on Tuesday 28th June from 7.30 to 8.30pm.
Please note, due to the high volume of applicants last year, we will NOT be accepting bookings on the morning of the camp.

Walking Group: Tollymore Forest Park
 Our walking group had their first midweek outing when we went to Tollymore Forest Park on Wednesday (15th June). We were joined by a number of new faced as we made our way along the Shimna River and through the woods on a lovely Summers' evening. The next midweek outing is to Donard Forest Park on Wednesday 29th June, leaving the club at 7.00pm and Donard Car Park at 7.30pm.
Next up is a bus trip to Marble Arch Caves, Fermanagh on Saturday 25th June 2016 Leaving @ 8.00am
St John's are running a bus to the Marble Arch Caves in County Fermanagh on Saturday 25th June. The bus will leave St John's at 8.00am. Cost £20.
Although this is being run by the walking group the trip is open to everyone, including those who wish to skip the walking part and just have a nosey around the Caves, take in Fermanagh's spectacular scenery or maybe enjoy some retail therapy in Enniskillen.
