Male Football

The senior footballers suffered a 2-12 to 2-08 defeat when they travelled to Darragh Cross on Friday evening. They now meet local neighbours at 7.30pm on Friday night at Páirc Aodha Dhuibh. Come out and give the squad some support.

The Under14A Footballers had a 5-08 to 3-11  victory over Kilcoo in the 'A' section of the East Down Under-14 Football League and a 6-05 to 3-02 victory over Bright in the C section 11-a-side league having previously defeated Darragh Cross by 9-15 to 2-04 at Páirc Aodha Dhuibh.

The Under 12 Boys had victories over Kilcoo (10-20 to 3-04 )and Saul in Division 1 of the East Down Under 12 league and over Teconnaught (5-08 to 3-06) in Division 2.

Congratulations to the Under 8.5 team who won the Plate at Downpatrick RGU's Blitz Competition. 

 

Hurling

The senior Hurlers were defeated 4-11 to 0-113 when they visited Ballycran on Monday evening last to contest their All County Hurling League Division II fixture.   They then played O'Donnell's in their next Antrim Division 4 League game and recorded a 2-27 to 1-07 victory. Next up is Glenravel on Wednesday evening at 7.30pm at Páirc Aodha Dhuibh.

The Under-14 hurlers suffered a heavy defeat to Bredagh and the Under-12 Hurlers were beaten 5-05 to 4-00 when they visited Castlewellan

 

Ladies Football

Bredagh conceded their fixture in the Ladies Under 17 A football League last Sunday and the Junior Ladies had a huge victory when they travelled to Ballykinlar on Sunday.  The Under 14 Ladies had a comprehensive 7-10 to 0-08 home victory over Clonduff in the 'A' League but the team competing in the U14 C league lost out 5-10 to 4-03 at St. John Bosco, Newry.
