Jerome Johnston won't get to see his sons Jerome Jnr and Ryan line out for Kilcoo in their Ulster club SFC semi-final today as he's involved in a big game himself with Loughinisland.
While Kilcoo are taking on the might of Crossmaglen in Newry, Johnston's Loughinisland charges will be doing battle with Monaghan champions Doohamlet at the Athletic Grounds for a place in the Ulster club IFC final.
"To be completely honest, it's a great problem to have," the 'island manager told the Irish News.
"I'd love to be supporting my own club team Kilcoo with my sons playing, but at the end of the day it's part and parcel of the GAA - you take whatever hand you're dealt and that's it."
It's likely the two games would have been played as a double-header at the Athletic Grounds if Kilcoo had not won the toss to host Cross' at Pairc Esler.
