In the U16 Football Championship semi-final v Saval, An Riocht lost by a goal after extra time.
Dunavil hosted Schools and Divisional Board fixtures and County Camogie training last week and also a visiting group from the County Down Rural Community Network.
In the South Down P3/P4 Football Blitz at Dunavil, An Riocht had two teams and enjoyed games with Saval, Drumgath, Longstone and Atticall.
The U12 Footballers were at home v Rostrevor on Sunday, and it was good to see the boys efforts rewarded with a win. Team: Jerry Lee McVeigh, Ryan Cunningham, Curtis Flanagan, Michael Greenan, Rhys Curran, Ryan Quinn, Reece Flanagan, Lorcan Donnan, Eoin Killen, Shane Quinn, Matthew McCartan.
Also on Sunday the U10 Football were in Killeavy playing in the Michael Doran Memorial tournament,
The juvenile camogs attended the All Ireland Finals at Croke Park on Sunday.
The An Riocht U14, U16 & U18 Presentations will take place on Friday 25th September at Dunavil.
Scor Na nOg will take place over the weekend of Friday 16th to Sunday 18th October, participants U16 needed for music, song or recitation.
The Kingdom Youth Club has set up a local collection centre for the area at 10 Dunavil Road for the Refugee Crisis Appeal. Donations can be made any time from 10am to 9.30pm throughout the week. You leave your donations with us and we will sort and deliver to the Newry Lions Club central collection point, it could not be easier; please support.

The Annual General Meeting of Kingdom Youth Club will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 23rd September to elect a KYC Board whose duty will be to safeguard the interests of the members by ensuring that governance, premises, finances and leadership are fit for purpose. It is not Board members' role to supervise activities on a nightly basis (though they may if they so wish).
