The Eire Og U-12s had a friendly with Aughlisnafin  on Friday night with the Eire Ogs winning what was a high scoring game of 9-13 to 7-13. both teams showed brilliant football skills and teamwork. Well done to both sets of young players who played a fantastic game showing respect for each other, their mentors and the referee conveying the true spirit of gaelic games! Thank you to Aughlisnafin Gac and Francis in particular for organising such a great match
The first Manic Monday was a great success with over 40 kids enjoying a range of activities, including arts & crafts, golf, cooking, a treasure hunt and not forgetting the very competitive game of rounders. It was great fun for both kids and adults.
The annual U-10 tournament will take place on Sunday 2nd August with the 1st games due to throw in at 10.30am.

U-12 training continues on Wednesday evening from 6pm until 7.30pm at the Quarter Road Pitch.  The last U-12 game of the league is a home fixture on Sunday morning against Annaclone.  Players to be at the pitch at 10.15am.

U-6, U-8 and U-10 training resumes this week on Wednesday from 6pm until 7pm.
Last Man Standing Update: As of today there are still 37 people left in the competition.
After a layoff of a couple of weeks due to no Division 1 and Division 2 fixtures the competition resumes with this weekends matches. Please note that there are two games played on Thursday night and if you wish to pick any of the teams involved they must be in by Wednesday night. All other entries must be in by Thursday night.
Please note all fixtures and teams already picked by those still in the competition have been already posted to the Last Man Standing tab on the club website.

Congratulations to Arthur McCartan and Michaela McStay on their recent wedding. We hope they havea long and happy life together.
Our best wishes also to Catherine Carr and Brian McNamara on their recent engagement.  Congratulations to Colum and Yvonne Carr on the birth of their son James Edward and to Cormac and Sheila Murphy on the birth of their son Matthew.
