Congratulations to all involved with the Down senior team, on securing promotion to Division One next season, particularly all of the Kilcoo players.

Our under 16 girls played their opening league game against Rostrevor on Sunday and secured a good win with Kilcoo's relatively young team playing well as a unit. Congratulations girls, and hopefully you can go on to have an excellent year.

All involved with maintains the pitches and grounds have been working tirelessly over this last few weeks and once again Pairc Eoghain Rua is looking fantastic so a massive thanks to you all.

Following on from the large turnout of the heart screening program organised by the club it has been agreed to run another similar event. If any adult wishes to take part or if you wish to have your child over 14 years old screened you should contact Danny Fettes immediately.

Orders are currently being taken for club tops manufactured by Jako. If you wish to Order one you should contact Cathy Grant immediately.

The date of the Kilcoo 100 Cycle Ride has been changed to the 9th and 10th of May due to the clash with the National League Final. If you wish to take part you must contact Sean McClean or Vincy Morgan immediately and pay a deposit of £30 so that the hotel can be booked.

The numbers for last week's Tote draw were 3. 10, 23 and 26. There were no jackpot winners. next week's jackpot £5200. £10 winners were Tiernan Duggan, Lizzie Brannigan, Sarah Curran and Jackie Goodman.
