JUVENILE AWARDS/RECOGNITION FOR 2014
U6 to U12s Juvenile Awards Night
Unfortunately the Juvenile Awards Night had to be postponed due to the bad weather - will be re-arranged asap!
U14 & U16 Trip to Croke Park
A bus load of boys and girls who represented Clonduff at U14 and U16 in all codes and their mentors left Clonduff Park on Sunday morning to visit the GAA headquarters at Croke Park - for some it was their first visit. The day started with the traditional tour and photo opportunities before enjoying the delicious meal laid on for them in one of the corporate rooms. It was then on to the Museum where they had their photographs taken with Sam Maguire and/or Liam McCarthy. It was very difficult to drag the young people away from the interactive activities at closing time. All agreed it was a great day out. Thanks to our Juvenile Games Officer for organising the trip and to the team mentors who accompanied the young people.

MEETING FOR POTENTIAL JUVENILEMENTORS/HELPERS
There will be a meeting on Monday 19th January at 7.15pm for anyone with an interest in helping with juvenile football in 2015. Guest speaker on the night will be the former Derry All-Star and All-Ireland Winner ENDA GORMLEY. Enda is from the Watty Graham's club in Glen, Maghera. He has been heavily involved in helping the club win the last 4 Derry AND 4 Ulster Minor Championships.
Those who attended the AGM will have heard the pleas from last years team mentors that more help is needed to run the Underage teams in Clonduff. Even with no previous coaching experience you can still help in many ways. Even if you feel you can't give a full commitment to a team for a year, any time given will be worthwhile and much appreciated.
Enda will be giving an insight into what helped turn around the fortunes of Glen and will take part in a question and answers session afterwards.
If you haven't thought about getting involved in coaching before then come down to hear about what is going on and just maybe by the time you leave you may feel inspired enough to lend a hand! Don't leave it to someone else. Use your own initiative! See you MONDAY 19th, 7.15pm.

CLONDUFF FEMALE HANDBALLERS INTO COUNTY FINALS

It's that time of the year again when we ask our adults to dust off their dancing shoes, oil their singing/reciting voices, tune up their musical instruments and hone their general knowledge!

Clonduff had a full complement of participants in Scór na nÓg - can our adults measure up to the enthusiasm of our juveniles?
