All Ireland Club Hurling Semi Final is on Sat 7th Feb, vs Kilmallock from Limerick. This will be in Semple Stadium, Thurles at 2pm. Ballyhale v Gort will follow.
All Ireland Club Hurling Semi Final Supporters Bus - this will be leaving on 7.30am boat. 30min stop at Applegreen on way down and home, leaving after the 2nd match. ONLY £15, all names and money to be given to Paud Mason 07836516351, no seats will be kept. All Juveniles to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Blue and Gold - it's getting close to the All Ireland Semi final. As we have requested before in the lead up to the Down and Ulster Championships, let us cover the town in our colours. The support and effort shown on these occasions was fantastic. The squad, management and the whole club appreciated this and it would be brilliant if this can happen again. Thank you to all those who got involved and for your continued support.
A Night with the Stars- will be on Saturday 31st January at 8pm in the Club house. Special guests include - Joe Brolly, Eoin Kelly, Ross Carr, Jane Adams and Mark Sidebottom. Tickets £12 are on sale from Club Bar, Arthurs Butchers and Committee members. All proceeds will go towards training fund for Senior Hurlers.
Over 40s Fun Match - there will be an over 40's Hurling match on Saturday 31st January. Also on the day, signing of the Portmobile (blue and yellow car) will be £1.00 and photos with the legend Eoin Kelly, will take place. All Proceeds will go to the Senior Training fund. Spread the word. Anyone interested in playing please contact Sean Fitzsimmons.

Down Club Draw - the date has now passed for individuals to set this up, but anyone interested can still enter via the club by 21st Jan. You can pay up fully, £120.00 or pay £10.00 per month. Please contact Paud Mason
National Club Draw - tickets for this draw are now available from all Committee members. They are £10.00 per ticket, all proceeds go to training fund for Senior Hurlers. Some of the prizes include: a trip with the 2015 All Stars, a trip to New York, All Ireland Final Corporate packages, shopping voucher to value of £1000 and many more prizes. Please get involved.
