The South Down GAA convention will take place in Mayobridge on Monday, December 1st.

Clubs have been requested to put forward nominations for the various positions with the role of chairman up for grabs as current incumbent Michael McArdle has completed his five-year term.

The event begins at 7.30pm and all nominations of motions must be sent in by November 3rd. Meanwhile, the South Down awards night will take place in Clonduff on Friday, November 28th.
