FOOTBALL
U21 FOOTBALL CLONDUFF 1-8 MAYOBRIDGE 1-9
The U21s started their campaign v Mayobridge on Sunday morning in Clonduff Park in a tight hard-hitting game. They had opportunities to win after coming from three points down in the first half to go in level at 1-4 apiece. Clonduff moved into a 2-point lead in second half but the 'Bridge scored four unanswered points before Clonduff pulled one back and time ran out when they were on the attack. Clonduff deserved at least a draw from the game.

CAMOGIE
CAMAN TO CROKER
On Saturday 18th October 2014, the U12 Camogs travelled to participate in the Caman to Croker blitz after winning a place through Hurl Smart Week which was displayed on the  big screen in Croke Park. The Camogs were grouped with Toomevara Tipperary, Naas Kildare and Ratoath Meath where they all played well, tried their best and went on a bit of a scoring fest in the final game.
The morning started with the girls being presented with their beautiful pink hoodies kindly sponsored by Kieran Kelly of KK Renewables. Thanks Kieran! A Super day enjoyed by all! Unfortunately  Tierna Savage was unable to play due to a broken foot - Tierna, we wish you and Katie Cunningham speedy recoveries.
Panel: Hannah Wilson, Eve Matthews , Katie Murnion, Katie Cunningham, Katie Morgan Lauren Kane, Eveagh Kelly, Ellen Shields, Erin Smyth, Grace Hamill, Eimear Doyle, Erin Lively, Sophie O'Hagan, Tierna Savag,e Erin McAlinden, and Kayleigh McPolin
Clonduff referee in Croke Park was 14 year-old Cara Boden who thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
This rounds off a very successful year for these young girls and their mentors Eileen Hamill, Kitty Fegan and Maria Wilsin, having played in Clones and Croke Park, were runners up in the All County Blitz and were League finalists.
Many thanks to the parents who travelled on the bus and indeed who helped with travel all year - very much appreciated!
