Barring a miracle, Seamus Callanan is in line to claim the top scorer's prize in this year's Allianz hurling league.

The Tipperary ace bagged 0-12 in his side's semi-final win over Clare at the weekend, which pushed him ahead of Cork's Pat Horgan in the scoring chart. Callanan still has the final to look forward to but even if he were to miss out on the decider, he is still 35-points ahead of Kilkenny's TJ Reid, who is his nearest challenger still left with a game to play.

The top scorers in each division are Callanan (1A); Pat Horgan, Cork (1B); Shane Nolan, Kerry (2A); Mikey Lee, Wicklow (2B); Lee Henderson, Donegal (3A) and Damien Casey, Tyrone (3B).

In the goal scoring charts Donegal's Paddy Hannigan is out in front with six goals, while Callanan and Offaly Stephen Quirke have five majors apiece.

The highest individual score during the competition so far is by Wicklow's Mikey Lee (2-14 v Fingal).
