MINORS - BORN 2001/2002 ONLY

The trials continued on Sunday with good numbers! Training continues this Sunday at St.Colmans Newry from 12-2pm. New girls are still very much welcome to join the group. 

 

U16 - BORN 2003 ONLY

The final squad had their first session together on Saturday in the Abbey, Newry. The girls got a taste of the step up in training that they can expect for the incoming season and coped very well. Training continues this week at Assumption Grammar School, Ballynahinch from 1:30 - 3:00pm.

 

U15 - BORN 2004 ONLY

After a very competitive trials process over the last six weeks, the girls got together as a squad to look forward to the season ahead in Teconnaught GAC on Saturday morning. This was all about bedding in and getting to know each other. In that regard, team bonding was the order of the day and needless to say, there was good craic when the fun games were introduced. Thanks to Teconnaught GAC for use of their facilities. Mentors will be hoping to set up a challenge game in the run-up to Christmas.

 

U14 - BORN 2005 ONLY

Second week of the trials were held on Saturday morning. Coaches apologise for confusion regarding location. The effort and match skills that all players put in was exceptional and coaches hope to see the same energy and enthusiasm next Saturday morning.

Saturdays Trial will be held in St Malachy’s High School and will have a similar format with the 60 players split over two groups. 

Group 1 should arrive 9.15 sharp for a 9.30 start. This session will finish at 10.15.

 

Group 2 should arrive at 10.00 sharp for a 10.15 start. This session will finish at 11.00.
