St marks Warrenpoint was the venue on Sunday for the South Down Scór na nÓg Final. Glasdromaìn had competitors in 3 categories, Solo Singing, Ballad Group and Instrumental.

Each category was tough as every competitor gave their all making for an extremely high standard of competition and so it was a tense wait on the judges results! 

We were absolutely bursting with pride as Glasdromaìn were announced winners in each of the categories we entered, meaning that we are now the proud holders of the titles of South Down Champions in Solo Singing, Ballad Group and Instrumental Music 2018! 

Massive congratulations to Aoife, Tara, Clodagh, Cara, Dana, Aoife, Niamh, Ciara and Peter and of course our dedicated mentors Tony, Joanne and Donna! 

The very best of luck to them and to all the clubs who got through to the County Final on Sunday in St Malachys, Castlewellan at 4pm.

 

Our annual Bazaar takes place on Friday 7th December at 6.30pm. There will be lots of fantastic prizes, hampers and vouchers. There will also be a visit from Santa! Always a great family night out. Everyone welcome!
