Fermanagh forward Paul McCusker is in no doubt that if they play to their ability against Donegal, the Erne County can win.

Donegal will be strong favourites to win the Ulster SFC quarterfinal clash at Ballybofey and it would be a major upset if Pete McGrath's charges came away with a win.

But such is the confidence in the Fermanagh side that McCusker is adamant the game is very much a two-horse race.

"Rory Gallagher is a shrewd manager and he will know plenty about us at this stage. I'm pretty sure Pete and our back room team will come up with a game plan to try and stop Donegal, but as players I am confident that if we can play to our ability then we can beat Donegal," McCusker told the Fermanagh Herald.

"Donegal are a side laced with All-Ireland and Ulster medals, but on the day that may count for very little. We will be going there for the win and the victory over Antrim will have helped us as its giving us belief that we have the players capable of winning."
