Donegal star forward Geraldine McLaughlin scored 4-12 of her team's 4-15 to win a thrilling All-Ireland Higher Education Colleges final at UCD on Tuesday evening.
The girl from Termon was on fire right from the throw-in as she found the net in just 16 seconds for Letterkenny IT but IT Blanchardstown fought back to level the Donaghy Cup final in the second-half.
McLaughlin then had to dig deep to secure the title for the North Donegal college on a scoreline of 4-15 to 3-15.
