St. Eunan's repeated last year's county final victory over Glenswilly at MacCumhaill Park this evening to set up a Donegal SFC semi-final meeting with St. Michael's.
Lee McMonagle's first half penalty gave the champions a 1-4 to 0-5 interval lead before second half goals from Conall Dunne and McMonagle sealed a 3-7 to 0-8 victory for Maxi Curran's men. Both sides finished with 14 players after Glenswilly's Brian Farrelly and Eunan's Rory Kavanagh received straight red and second yellow cards respectively following a second half altercation.
Earlier at O'Donnell Park, goals from Andrew Kelly (two) and Ciaran Gallagher helped St. Michael's to an emphatic 3-15 to 1-5 win over Liam 'Baker' Bradley's Malin.
In Killybegs yesterday, Ryan McHugh, Andrew McClean and Stephen McBrearty all raised green flags as Kilcar powered to a 3-13 to 0-8 win over Four Masters. They will face Naomh Conaill in the last four after Martin Regan's charges got the better of Termon by 0-11 to 1-5 at a rain-soaked MacCumhaill Park last night.
