Donegal manager Ray Durack knows that his side face a mammoth task when they take on Derry in the Ulster SHC on Sunday.
To make matters worse for the underdogs, they must travel to Celtic Park to face the home side, but Durack is in a confident mood ahead of the match.
"I know Derry are a division above us in the league and also play in the Christy Ring Cup," Durack told the Donegal Democrat.
"They suffered a heavy defeat by Kerry in the Christy Ring and that is bound to set them back. We will give it our best shot and if we can play the hurling we are capable of playing you never know, we might surprise a few people."
Durack has announced that he is to step down after the Ulster SHC campaign ends, which may well be this weekend.
