HL2B: neighbours to meet in final

March 22, 2015

Kildare's David Young with Anthony Healy Meath at Lomans Park Trim

Kildare and Meath will renew their rivalry in the Division 2B final.

Already assured of a final place before today, the Lilywhites edged out Donegal by 1-19 to 3-11 in Letterkenny to keep their 100 per cent record intact.
Meath's 2-21 to 0-16 victory over Down saw them finish ahead of the Ardsmen in second place on scoring difference. The final will be a repeat of the first round clash which Kildare won impressively in Trim.

Armagh defeated Mayo by 0-23 to 0-10 at Elvery's MacHale Park. Mayo and bottom side Donegal were already resigned to the relegation playoff before today's action.
