CLG BAILE NA GALLOGLACH (MILFORD GAA) HEALTH AND WELLBEING DAY
After the huge success of last year's event Clg Baile Na Ngalloglach are again hosting their Health and Wellbeing event. It will take place on Saturday 7th of February in the Public Services Centre Milford from 10am until 2pm.
This event is being run in conjunction with the Donegal GAA health and Wellbeing initiative
Entry is free and is open to everyone
So, why not come along and get your blood pressure or blood sugar checked by qualified nurses while also availing of information on services such as:

There will be a stand on general information stand on various Mental Health supports available locally
CLG Baile na nGalloglach will be providing information on what is available regarding Gaelic Games and Gaelic Culture in the Milford, Ramelton and Rathmullan areas
Many of those who attended last year's event gained some life changing information which resulted in them requiring further medical attention and others who were advised to make lifestyle changes to enable them to lead healthier lives.
