New Leitrim manager Shane Ward may have to plan without the services of Paul Brennan for 2015.
The Leitrim Observer reports that the half-back is seeking a transfer from Melvin Gaels to Donegal outfit Bundoran GAA club and it is understood he has ambitions of forcing his way into Rory Gallagher's Donegal squad.
Brennan's transfer request follows hot on the heels of Emlyn Mulligan's decision to opt out for the year and the retirements of Ray Cox and James Glancy.
There is also question marks hanging over the inter-county futures of Wayne McKeon, Conor Beirne, Gerry Hickey and Robbie Lowe.
More positive news is the return of Cathal McCrann to training while a number of last year's minor and U21 players have also joined Ward's new-look panel.
