Moville
With the football season now over one would have thought that the hard slog of training would be over for the year but not so. Serious effort is now being put in for a competition of a different nature, namely, one based on the popular TV programme Strictly Come Dancing. Ten couples are training to take part in the club come dancing event that will take place on 20 February. The group consists of players and high profile local celebrities. The seriousness of the competition is underlined by the fact that a training session is scheduled for St Stephen's day.
The most important club meeting of the year the AGM will take place on Friday evening 8 January. We would ask all members and anyone interested in getting involved to come along.
Both Enda Faulkner and Oran McDermott started for the Donegal vocational schools team as they overcame Tyrone by 1-13 to 0-14 in the Ulster semi final. We wish them well in the Ulster final where Monaghan or Cavan will be their opponents.
The 2009 Donegal Yearbook is now available and is the ideal stocking filler for all those interested in Donegal GAA. The book contains a section on each club and other articles and photos from throughout the year.
We wish all our players and supporters a Happy Xmas and New Year and we look forward to a successful 2010.

There will be a meeting over the course of the holidays for anyone interested in taking on the managing of one of our youth teams. If you are interested in helping out please contact Adrian Doherty. Details of the meeting will be posted over the next fortnight.
