U13 League
Naomh Pádraig Muff v Gaeil Fhánada

The U13 girls make the trip to Inishowen on Saturday morning to take on Naomh Pádraig. Aidan Mc Ateer’s team will be looking for a good result as the knockout stages of the competition are fast approaching. Best of luck to everyone involved.
U10s Parish League
Well done to all the U10’s who took part in the parish league this year. The one thing the coaching team was very proud of, was how each and every one of the players developed over the weeks. The games were hard fought, with great skill shown throughout. Each of the three teams should be very proud of their efforts.
The semi-final between Cork(red) and Kerry(green) had great filtering of the ball through the field as well as plenty of shots from midfield getting over the bar. Incredible skills for 8/9 year olds.
The final was a spectacle for all. The animated crowd brought an extra level to the game. Donegal (orange) found it difficult to play Cork in the first half, but they came out fighting in the second half and pulled them right back, only to lose by one point.
What a day in Portsalon! I think we have many of these to look forward to.

Well done to Gaeil Fhánada representatives, Tori Gallagher, Méabh Duffy, Aoife Gibbons, Muireann Ní Mhathúna and Iseult Ní Mhathúna who represented the club alongside children’s officer Mark Dorrian and Health and Wellbeing Officer, Eiméar Gibbons at the Youth Matters Conference in LYIT on Saturday last.
Well done to Donegal GAA on running such a great event, dealing with very important issues which are relevant in all our clubs and communities.
Maith sibh, Tori, Méabh, Aoife, Muireann, Iseult, Mark agus Eiméar a bhí i láthair agus dathanna Ghaeil Fhánada a gcaitheamh acu!
Well done Mark
Comhghairdeas le Marc Ó Dorraidhín, réiteoir sa chluiche ceannais Idirmheánach idir Chloich Cheann Fhaola agus Naomh Náille Dé Domhnaigh seo caite.
Mark has been refereeing for several years and, and had officiated throughout the county and the province during that time. Well done from everyone at the club on a fine performance Mark, and also to the team of officials which included Siobhan Coyle on the line, and umpires John Cushnan, Hughie Shiels, John Patrick Coyle and Declan Coyle.
