Naomh Adhamhnáin club notes

January 15, 2019

The U21’s were beaten by Clann Eireann from Armagh in their Ulster Club Preliminary round match on a score of 0-08 to 0-07 in a game where defences were on top as both teams struggled to deal with a difficult wind.

The Friday Evening Hurling & Camogie Academy gets up and running again this Friday in O’Donnell Park from 6:30pm until 7:30pm. U6’s (born 2013 or after) will train downstairs in the Clubhouse so please wear runners. The U8’s, U10’s & U12’s will train on the AstroTurf Pitch & Hurling Wall so please wear moulded boots (no metal studs) or runners. New members, boys or girls of any age welcome.

There is Camogie training on the AstroTurf / Hurling Wall every Tuesday between 6pm and 7pm for all U12, U14 & U16 players. New players always welcome.

The Senior Board AGM takes place on Saturday week, January 25th in the Clubhouse at 5pm.

We extend our deepest sympathies to the family, friends and all at Termon GAA club on the sad passing of their Chairman, Danny “O” O’Donnell. He was a great Gael and a true gent. Ár dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

We extend our sympathies to the McGeady and Finn families on the recent passing of Joan Finn’s mother, Eileen. May She Rest In Peace.
