Letterkenny Gaels club notes

The Minor footballers had two points to spare over Ardara in the Division 2 All County League quarter final on Saturday past. This Saturday the lads will take on Glenfin in the semifinal in Killygordon at 12 noon. Good luck to all involved.

Comhghairdeas ó chroí! Our céilí dancers Sorcha agus Grainne ni Fhril, Grace agus Clara ní Giolla Bhuidhe, Ciara ní Chathail agus Ella Dadon, are County Scór na nÓg champions. Michael Sweeney is County Champion for his Recitation of 'Waiting for my Dad' written by Brian Sweeney. All will go forward now to the Ulster semi-final next Saturday 1 December. Congratulations also to the cast of 'The AGM' who represented Letterkenny Gaels in the drama section of Scór na nÓg. Míle buíochas do achán duine a thug tacaíocht agus comhairle do na h-Iomaitheoirí uilig.

Next Sunday week, 9th December, Letterkenny Gaels will host a traditional music session in the Glass Lobby at the Silver Tassie Hotel from 3-5pm.

Girls indoor Camogie training continues every Friday from 6.15-7.15pm in the LYIT for U8,10 & 12. All welcome.

Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure in Letterkenny are currently stocking Club gear which includes replica jerseys, training tops, jackets, bobble hats, scarfs etc.

Underage hurling training continues every Thursday evening at the Aura Leisure Centre from 6.30 to 7.30 for U-6 to U-12. Hurls and helmets may be borrowed for new members.

Bingo continues every Monday in the Arena 7. The Jackpot stands at €8250. 

Doors from 8pm. Eyes down 9pm. All welcome.
