Sunday was a great day for our U6s who played their first ever game for Termon and for our U8s who took part in and won the St Michaels hosted tournament in Creeslough. Our teams had a great day out and again it is great to see that these young players have already many of the skills of Gaelic football. A huge thanks to St Michaels for the invite and for our coaches and parents who gave up their Sunday lunchtime to be their. Coaching for the U6s and U8s resumes this Saturday 10am at The Burn Road. New players always welcome any queries for children born in 2012 or 2013 to Johnny on 086 6044486 and for children born in 2010 and 2011 to Daireann on 087 2202073.

Our U9 and 10 boys hosted a very successful blitz on Saturday last. Thanks to Milford and Dungloe for providing the opposition in a series of very competitive games. The hard work being done by Liam and Jim was evident with both our teams playing well. Thanks to the parents/ mums for the refreshments afterwards.

Another good week for our U14 boys. First up on Monday our A team defeated Glenfin in game one of the Donegal Div 1 Championship. With the visitors taking the lead half way through the second half our boys showed great composure and resolve to win by 3.13 to 2.05. Rory Mc Grenra Cian Mc Menamin and Oisin Farrell scored the goals and Eoghan Quinn Oran Mc Menamin and Owen Browne made significant contributions when the game was in the melting put. On Tuesday night more history was made when our first ever U14 B team recorded a great win in their opening Div 3 Championship game when they defeated Mc Cumhaills B by 3.09 to 2.07. Once again the visitors took the lead with fifteen to go but a Ciaran Mc Cormick hat trick was the difference in the end. A fantastic performance from these boys. Well done boys. Next up for our A team is a trip to Mc Cumhaill Park on Friday night with a 7pm throw in and our B team have game 2 of their campaign in Convoy on Monday next with a 6.45 pm throw in.

Our Minor team recorded their 2nd league victory on Wednesdy last when they swept aside the challenge of St Michaels. Tomorrow (Wednesday) its a 7pm throw in away to Glenswilly for game four of their NRB Minor League, good luck boys.
