Senior Men 
The senior men were very unlucky at the weekend losing by only a point away to buncrana. The boys started the game the stronger taking a three-point lead into halftime but Buncrana rattled off a number of points without reply in the first ten minutes of the second half with Red Hughs struggling to break down there very well organised defence from then on with the final score 0:12 to 1:08 to Buncrana . There is no game this coming weekend due to the Donegal game.

 

Reserves

Well to done to the reserves who defeated Buncrana away by 1:10 to 1:05 to stay top of the Division 3 reserve league with another brilliant squad performance. The boys were only a point up at halftime but showed great discipline a fiery second half to see out the game. There is no game this coming weekend due to the Donegal game.

 

Red Hugh's GAA Golf Classic 2018

Red Hugh's GAA Club will host a Golf Classic on Friday, June 15th from 8am at Ballybofey & Stranorlar Golf Club. The cost is €100 per team of four and there will be top prizes to be won on the day. In the coming weeks we will be seeking sponsorship from local businesses for this event. If you would like to sponsor this event please get in touch with Liam on 086 0224297. This is a major fundraiser for the success of our underage teams this year. Time sheets are available all day. U16 Boys

Congratulations to the U16 Boys who topped their championship group with a very mature performance comfortably beating Sean MacCumhaill's at the cross. The boys showed great composure to take control of the game after conceding two early goals to go on and work some brilliant team scores with a full bench being used once again. Semi Final fixtures TBC.

U13 and U14 Boys

Well done to Red Hughs u14 boys who kicked off their season with a great victory away to Downings on Friday night. Training continues Monday evenings at 7:30 to 8:30.
