All ,Dublin are not training behind closed doors , its just that the expectations for this group of minors is not as high as previous years , but as most people involved will tell you with Dublin its difficult to work it out , what type of team will turn up . the 2014- 2015 U16 Squads that Dublin had were not great ,and the Meath Dev. squads have beaten them at various times . Remember too that Dublin do take part in the Gerry Reilly at U16 level , and unfortunately for them , this bunch of players did not perform too well in either year with Cavan taken home the A laurels in the main final . taking that into account you would have to say that this years Dublin Minor team would not be as strong as previous years .
With the amalgamation of the some of the players from a good Meath U17s team with this years Meath U18s , I would expect this Minor team to reach the Leinster minor final at least . remember the F.I.G.

this is a good Meath minor team...cant really see any team troubling them in leinster if i am honest !

Hard luck to our young players, very tough loss for them after being so far ahead at HT, chins up lads, there'll be better days.

You'd have to wonder what's going on with Meath football though, so many 2nd half collapses over the last few years. What are we doing wrong, this has to be more than a coincidence at this stage!
