Yeah it is. The reason Down were ahead of us before today

Good to see us comeback and get the draw, things weren't looking good at HT, but we got out with a point, didn't really see that coming so it was a nice surprise.

Great comeback! I thought when cork were 7 ahead going in at ht we might have a bit of a chance but when they came out and scored 2 more the game was over, it really was a great game. They seemed to get a lot of their scores from the right hand side in the first half.

Credit to the management as well, thought they made some very good decisions at the right times. We really pushed all our players up on their kick. Our own kick outs also improved a lot from the Galway game, players were looking for the ball and when they weren't Andy wasn't shy about roaring at them.

Was biggy injured towards the end of the game? Seemed to be short of energy even though he did earn the free to level the game.

Still improvements to be made but today was encouraging, we need to go and win next week , past teams would lose after showing a bit of promise, let's put it right next Sunday and win the game easily.

James came on for power and Harnan went to 6.

LAlvin did come on for carry but played more as a full back. Forde had moved to wing back before substituted half back line that finished was McEntee Harnan McEntee

Yeah, it seemed that we lacked that little bit of composure at the end to see out the game.

Games like today will bring on this team a lot.

hard to know from listening to Lmfm, Did we get wiped out in midfield? who was our best performers today, sounded like Keoghan was brilliant once again, and also sounded like Paddy O'Rourke was excellent with his kickouts but was their any other stand out performers?

We left the win behind us but plenty to work on. Promotion is still on and what ppl don't realize about promotion is that it will give us an extra game against good opposition probably Kildare in the division 2 final. More games the better to develop this team further. Great number of Meath supporters down in cork which was great to see. We need a full 75 mins against Fermanagh but think we should have too much for them. Up the Royal.

Well that was eventful, I think if we had got a couple more points in the first 10 minutes when we were in control we would have won, also some wild shots near end, however cork missed a goal chance.
Decent travelling support, unfortunately promotion is not in our own hands , but we must keep the pressure on. A win v Fermanagh is a must

Couldn't make the game today but nearly wrecked my precious iPhone hopping between LMFM, Twitter and the match tracker here such was the excitement at the end of that game. To get a draw away from home after being 9 points down and seemingly playing rubbish for 45 minutes is a great result. Just as against Galway plenty of fight, heart, guts and determination in show which are huge plus points in themselves as unless we have those qualities we will go nowhere. Plenty to work on of course and to hear McEntee after the game convey his disgust at some of the shot selection was greatly refreshing and a sign that the players will be well tuned for Fermanagh next Sunday. Promotion still a possibility but we need Galway to slip and win our last two, we can only focus on our own business and either way it's crucial we win these last two games

Midfield still a problem, won very little primary possession, Cork lost two of their midfielders early on, Walsh to injury and Maguire to black card. But we still struggled. I thought Toher worked very hard and covered a lot of ground

Support was good, game was there for the taking with 10 to go, but we adopted a very cautious approach keeping 12/13 men behind the ball. Overall a fair result, Cork have the look of a team with serious confidence issues.
Great to see James McEntee back.

Would agree with that. Still the biggest area of concern, but we knew that and in fairness the had better support today.

For some reason in the first half we looked out on our feet, playing against a strong wind we got forward on a few occasions but were very slow to get back. Played most of that half as individuals, picked up quite a bit 10 mins into second half.
