Start with a handpass then make a figure 8 with the ball through your legs.
There is no end to the skill of Longford's Mickey Quinn.
His latest example looks effortless but you know that it would leave most mere mortals in a tangle.
As well as being impressed, many wondered was Mickey going to get in trouble handpassing an O'Neills against pristine white walls inside the house.
Maybe check with the boss before you try this one at home!
