Rory Grugan says Armagh can’t get carried away just because they’ve ended their losing streak in Ulster.

Sunday’s thrilling victory over Down was the Orchard County’s first win in the provincial competition in five years, but their captain admits it doesn’t guarantee them anything:  

“Just because we've won our first one in a few years doesn't mean we're going to go on this massive run,” the Ballymacnab man told The Irish News. “We all saw how impressive Cavan were against Monaghan so it's a case of looking at the many areas of improvement and seeing where we can do better.

“Our record hasn't been great against them in the Ulster championship this last few years. So we'll be up against it but we'll definitely be motivated. You're just one game away from an Ulster final, which is a big thing and we haven't been there since 2008, so it's been a long time coming but you can't look that far ahead or you're going to get caught.”
