Fermanagh have been successful in their appeal against the suspension imposed on Ryan McCluskey.

The experienced Fermanagh player was sent to the stand during the Ulster senior football championship semi-final win over Monaghan earlier this month.

McCluskey was a substitute on the day and was bringing water out to the players when he was alleged to have said something to the referee who in turn sent him to the stand.

However, the Fermanagh County Board decided to appeal the decision to the Ulster Council and that proved to be a success.

Now, McCluskey is available for selection for Sunday's provincial final against Donegal and his experience may be invaluable come the latter stages of the game.
