Tipperary GAA announce details of new ticketing system

Semple Stadium in Thurles will soon be back open for matches.

Tipperary GAA have announced details of their new ticketing system for the upcoming county hurling and football championships.

The Premier County have linked up with Tullamore based technology company Future Ticketing to facilitate a cashless entry to all club matches for patrons.

Each participating club will be allocated 40 complimentary tickets for players and management. A further 110 tickets will be made available for club members to buy online or through the club.

A 24 hour online priority window will also be opened in the week of each match to give season ticket holders first access to tickets. Season ticket holders must register their details on the new ticketing system first and by using their card they will be able to claim a ticket for each game (one per day).

All counties are required to have a pre-paid ticketing system in place for matches with an attendance of 200 or more. In the importance of public health and Covid-19 contact tracing, tickets should be purchased online in advance of the match and not at the ground.
