Another impressive performance from the Dubs and not for the first time they dominate our team of the week.

1. Niall Morgan (Tyrone)

Not at his imperious best but the only keeper to keep a clean sheet at HQ over the weekend.

2. Padraig Hampsey (Tyrone)

No coincidence that he picked up Conor McManus most of the time. The Clontibret ace only shot a point from play.

3. Colm Cavanagh (Tyrone)

The real back bone of the Red Hand challenge. Point getter, master catcher and a huge stumbling block in front of the Monaghan attack.

4. Drew Wylie (Monaghan)

Could play in about ten different positions. Gave his heart and body to the Monaghan challenge.

5.  Peter Harte (Tyrone)

A storming last few minutes as he took centre stage with Tyrone going from a point in arrears to three in front.

6. Jonny Cooper (Dublin)

Pound for pound probably the toughest defender in the game. No mercy for various Galway attackers.

7. Jack McCaffrey (Dublin)

Mr Speedster himself. Galway simply had no answer to his blinding pace and no little ability.

8. Niall Kearns (Monaghan)

Rapidly developing into a fine midfielder. Did not let the Threemilehouse or Monaghan cause down. Battled to the end.

9. Brian Fenton (Dublin)

The top midfielder playing Gaelic Football at present. With Mr Kilkenny, a stong candidate for Footballer of the Year. 

10. Ian Burke (Galway)

Has to be a 2018 All Star. Impressed again, even against the best defensive unit in the land.

11. Ciaran Kilkenny (Dublin)

The real leader of the 'Sky Blue Pack'. Nuff said. 

12. Niall Sludden (Tyrone)

Tyrone's most consistent player right through the season. His goal broke Monaghan hearts.

13. Paul Mannion (Dublin)

Pace, skill, bravery. The Kilmacud Crokes clubman has the lot. Chipped in with four beauties.

14. Con O Callaghan (Dublin)

Those worrying about a lapse in form need not. Back to his brilliant best.

15. Conor McCarthy (Monaghan)

His best ever game in the white and blue of Farney. Some from the north of the county call it Oriel.
