Westmeath hurler Aaron Craig has completed his transfer to Wexford club St Anne’s.

Craig was part of the Westmeath side that lost both the NHL2A final and Joe McDonagh Cup decider last year.

The St Oliver Plunkett’s clubman was part of the squad this year that lifted the Kehoe Cup and NHL2A title.

However, he has made the switch to St Anne’s where he will link up with county hurlers Liam Og McGovern and Diarmuid O'Keeffe.

Craig lined out at right half back for St Anne's in their 1-16 to 1-14 defeat to Ferns St Aidan's in the Wexford SHC last weekend.

Meanwhile, another Westmeath clubman Shane Flynn has joined Gusserane footballers from St Loman’s.
