Some Lynch guy was doing all the fitness work and a Clancy man was doing S&C. There's are a lot of good young players coming through there. If they get the right man over them the can build and progress over the next 2-3 years. Kit got on well with the lads previously and had them playing well for him"
Plenty of good potential managers around the club. No need to go outside, wasn't a successs anyway. One obvious candidate but he may well play on.

Hopefully things work out for Anthony. Great servant to club and county

Id like to see Martin Reilly take over the team

He was at the epicenter of that Mgmt team that won the A League
He's a link to the Great Team of the 00s so knows that it takes

Would of previously managed a lot of the current team and they would have a great affinity towards Martin
and would see him as a father figure and I feel would be able to coerce some of the older influential missing players back

Who are these potential managers? I think TP Toolan is a Dunshaughlin man, wasn't he a major driving force behind the 3 in a row? Martin Reilly I've heard of alright. After that I don't know who else there else. I know my club looked for Martin at the start of this year but he couldn't commit.

Sorry, which club was he a great servant to? At Pauls? Who he left for Blackhall who had good players coming through . Or Blackhall who he left once they lost a few players but were still reaching semi finals? Or Plunketts who he barely played for? Is he involved in those clubs now? Spending his weekends coaching kids? Or is he involved on committees in those clubs?

Just trying to figure out how he's a great club servant? What am I missing?

what are you missing crinigan...facts for a start...can only talk about the pauls, but anthony gave us 8 great years up to 2003 season, contributing to multiple league success, at 5, 4 3 and getting to top 4 in div 2 , also a junior champ. he left with clubs best wishes as did Martin Coyne & Tom keague before, to pursue their dreams....lesson here to other clubs . Club very proud of all these guys & like Tom Anthony came back and played in latter stages of his career & managed us 2-3 seasons to junior b semi final. cant speak for other clubs . also understand he togged out for your own club at junior for a couple of seasons..so other than facts , i'll leave what else you are missing to others.
