Rosaleen O'Callaghan, business enterpreneur was a well known publican whose business was frequented by Martinstown and Athboy GFC supporters alike, along with the many, many clubs that would be passing through on match days. She was an extraordinary lady who raised her family single handed after the tragic loss of her husband Phil at a young age.  Indeed the O'Callaghan Public House is still alive and well and is run today by her son Pat.  Rosaleen passed away on the 22nd November 2013.
