Evan was a mascot for Na Fianna lady footballers during his mother's playing days. He was his mother's and the team's number one supporter. Evan was cherished by all involved in the team. His cousins, Jenny, Lorraine and Ciaran currently play with Na Fianna hurling and camogie teams.
