Tickets released for Dublin homecoming

Tickets for the official homecoming of Dublin’s victorious men and ladies football teams are now available online.
The free tickets are available on Eventbrite for the homecoming which will take place in Merrion Square next Sunday, September 29. Tickets also available from Dublin GAA clubs.
The official homecoming will feature performances from Keywest and Eoin Thomas and The Rising Sons with proceedings getting underway at 1.30pm.
A specially commissioned video of Dublin wins from 1891 to 2018 will be shown, along with highlights from both the ladies and the men’s matches and live on stage appearances from the all-conquering Dublin teams and staff. Dublin City Council says no alcohol is permitted at the event and that searches will be in place at access points. They have requested that supporters refrain from bringing bags bigger than A4 size or large flags or flag poles.
The men’s team captured the Sam Maguire for an unprecedented fifth year-in-a-row last weekend, while the ladies footballers claimed the Brendan Martin Cup for a third successive year.
