Conor Dolan was Glencar/Manorhamilton's captain fantastic after his last-gasp free handed them a dramatic victory over 14-man Ballinamore in the Leitrim SFC final at Avantcard Pairc Sean MacDiarmada.

Dolan, who posted 0-7 in a man of the match display, split the posts in the fifth minute of injury-time as Glencar/Manor capitalised on the dismissal of Ballinamore's Donal Feely following a fracas just before half-time to regain the Fenagh Cup after an eight-year lapse.

With Wayne McKeon and Luke Murphy accurate from frees, traditional giants Ballinamore led by 0-5 to 0-1 after only six minutes, but the winners responded with seven points on the spin from Evan Sweeney, Dolan and Darren Sweeney (two '45s) to lead by three after 21 minutes.

Glencar/Manor had both the lead and an extra man for the second half and they went four up through scores from Feargal Rooney and Adrian Croal before Dominic Corrigan's charges rallied with four unanswered points to regain parity at the end of the third quarter.

Pat Gilmartin and Dolan restored the winners' lead, only for Luke Murphy to level again with a brace of frees. But Dolan had the final say as Glencar/Manor celebrated their 50th anniversary in style.
