Following Clare's All-Ireland SHC quarter-final victory over Wexford at a sparsely-populated Pairc Uí Chaoimh yesterday, Clare Champion photographer John Kelly snapped two supporters being removed from the pitch by stewards, having entered it to celebrate the Banner's win. Needless to say, the treatment of the two fans in question hasn't been well received in the Banner County.

Supporters have been banned from entering the pitch at Croke Park for a number of years and a similar policy is now clearly in place at the new Pairc Uí Chaoimh.

Clare's victory has earned them an All-Ireland semi-final meeting with Galway and a return to Croke Park for the first time since their 2013 All-Ireland final replay win over Cork.
