Dublin boss Mattie Kenny will hand a number of rookies their chance to impress in tomorrow's Walsh Cup clash with Westmeath at TEG Cusack Park.

Paddy Smyth, James Madden, Tomas Connolly and Oisin O'Rorke are the only survivors from the side that suffered a shock championship exit at the hands of Laois last July, while Donal Burke returns after spending the summer in the US.

It will be Dublin's first outing of the new season after last weekend's scheduled opener against Laois was postponed at the request of the O'Moore County.

Dublin (SH v Westmeath): Jonathan Treacy; Paddy Smyth, Luke Corcoran, James Madden; Pol Crummey, Daire Gray, Tomas Connolly; Jake Malone, David Keogh; Lorcan McMullan, Marc Howard, Donal Burke; Fergal Whitely, Aidan Mellett, Oisin O'Rorke.
