That was a very poor performances tonight, it looked like a group of lads that was just put together before the game,no game plan or ideas when they had possession,

Soundly beaten in all areas of the field.

Who manages the team? Is it Dermot McCabe?
Has to be the worst performance by underage team for ages.
No back door I suppose!

Tactically inept,mc Cabe was shouting out orders swapping and switching lads and by the end no one knew where they were playing.armagh deployed a sweeper 2nd half and he was left to mop up balls for 25 minutes until they pushed Bradley on to him.forwards were too light against bigger opposition and couldn't win their own ball and they left a proven goalscorer and ball winner on the bench in Doughty, someone who's physically able to hold up the ball and bring others into play.A couple of lads I've heard so much about we're found out.did anyone hear Gary Donahue speak?

Agree with that. One of the most clueless displays from a Cavan underage team in 10 years. No game plan and no fight. Management have to take responsibility for not getting even close to the best out of their players.

Players didn't perform either. Ryan Connolly was very quiet and taken off. Dissapointing result as there was good talent in that team

I wouldn't be too hard on the players, to me it looked like they were a team without a game plan, no organisation, no leadership, one tactic for the entire second half and that was to lump the ball into the ff who had no less than 3 Armagh players on him every time.

Time for a change of management at minor level. We need to provide better direction for our emerging talent.

Very dissapouinting result after 4 or 5 years of fantastic success at Minor and U21. Looking back on last years semi final I felt we made mistakes on the line that day as well. Big Greg Mc Govern dident start as he had been recovering from injury yet was fit enough to come in with 20 mins to go or so and make a huge impact. Why was he not started? Another forward came on in the 2nd half as well and made a huge impact. Again why did he not start? We leaked 2 or 3 early goals that day which could have been preventd with a better game plan!!
Anyway it looks like it is time for a change and hopefully Tom Reilly can get the right man in. I wasent there last night but followed it on Twitter and we looked to be doing OK in the 1st half leading 5 pts to 2. Unbelivibly we only scored a pint or two for the rest of the game. I thought this team was based on the St. Pats and Virginia schools teams? They looked very good early on so this result is a complete mystery.
I think the players need to forget about last night and know that they are capable of a lot more over the next few yrs at u21.
